Refund Policy
- Since our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds after the product has been delivered.
- However, if you face technical issues (e.g., file not opening, corrupted download, or product not delivered to your email/WhatsApp), please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will verify the issue and either re-deliver the product or provide a refund.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once the payment is completed and the product is delivered.
- If the payment was made but you did not receive the product due to a technical error, please reach out to us immediately for resolution.
